Welcome to Guardianship Services of Nevada, Inc. (GSN, Inc.) -one of the first professional private guardian/fiduciary services in Nevada, established in 1999. GSN, Inc., strives to provide quality service while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence to the greatest extent possible.

GSN, Inc. consists of four partners, who work together to give 24-hour coverage to all clients. The support staff includes two guardian case managers who are licensed social workers, and administrative personnel. GSN, Inc. is fully staffed and able to handle a wide variety of cases. All the partners are certified under the National Guardianship Association, two with master certifications. All partners are certified with advanced certification with the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. The partners have over thirty years of combined experience in direct guardianship management and over ten years of combined guardianship legal experience.

Guardianship Services of Nevada, Inc. is well acquainted with the Washoe County Family Court, local resources and services, and has developed close working relationships with agencies and individuals throughout the state. GSN, Inc. has broad experience serving as guardian/ fiduciary in rural Nevada and California and welcomes referrals from these areas.
